• Class recordings are available upon request. The learner must request the teacher to record each session as needed. Recordings are stored and available for 30 days before being deleted.

Assessment:

• Assessments are free for new students.
• The aim of the assessment is to evaluate the student’s level in order to find a suitable teacher.

Calendar:

• We try to accommodate the student’s scheduling needs, as long as we have availability.
• Students can specify, during their assessment, the days and times that suit them best, so that we can find a teacher accordingly.
• Students may reschedule a session if requested within 2 hours of the scheduled session time.
• For Eid holidays, students can reschedule their classes before Eid so that they can be taken outside of the holidays.
• The courses are activated after the reception of the first payment of the student. (the student will receive the invoice by email)

Tuition fees:

• Tuition fees are charged on a 4-week basis.
• Invoices are sent by email and are due upon receipt.
• If payment is delayed by 2 sessions, classes will be suspended.
• The first invoice is sent when your classes are scheduled and is due before the first session.
• If the first month’s tuition fees are not paid by the time of the first session, your course will be deferred.
• We offer a 100% guarantee on courses with a full refund, if you cancel within the first week.
• All remaining invoices will be payable on the first day of the billing period.

Class Label:

• Students must arrive to class on time.
• The teacher is instructed not to wait more than half the session time before leaving, if the student does not enter the classroom.
• If the class starts late, the teacher will not make up the lost time, the class will end according to schedule.
• If students fail to attend class without prior notification or request, class time will not be offered as make-up.
